Student Residence

Room rentals are available for full-time students attending a post secondary educational institution in Toronto. A typical school semester rental period is September 1 to April 30

On each floor, there are 5 (male/female segregated) suites. Each suite has 6 bedrooms, 3 shared washrooms and a kitchen/common area. In the kitchen/common area, each resident has his/her own pantry which includes a small refrigerator.

Suite Kitchen/Common Area

Residents are responsible for the cleanliness of their suites, which includes disposing of their garbage. Recycling ‘blue boxes’ are available in the garbage disposal chute room. Common areas of the building are maintained by Tartu College’s Housekeeping Staff.

Rentals include heat, water, electricity and internet access. Heavy internet users may prefer to acquire a private line from an internet service provider.

Tartu College is a SMOKE FREE residence. Smokng is not permitted anywhere in the building. No loud music or noise is allowed after 11 pm.

No overnight guests are allowed.

Check in time is anytime after 16:00 pm, check out before 10:00 am.

Residence Bedrooms

Each resident is able to set a unique locking code on their doors keylock. This information should not be shared with any other person.

Residents are responsible for their guests, and for damages that occur in their rooms and suites.

Single Standard

Room dimensions are approximately 11.25 x 7.55 feet and includes an internet cable outlet.

Single Corner

Room dimensions are approximately 15,25 x 6.5 feet and includes an internet cable outlet.

Double Standard

Room dimensions are approximately 15 x 10 feet and includes an internet cable outlet.
