At Tartu College we can comfortably accommodate group bookings during the summer period from May to August. We welcome student groups, language schools, sports teams, visitors and other non-student groups to stay with us in the heart of Toronto.

Our suite-style residence gives group members privacy in their own rooms, and also a familial, communal feeling from living with others of the same group or other students in the shared suite.

In each suite there are 5-6 private bedrooms, a shared kitchen including dishes and cookware, 3 bathrooms, and common area. 



Group bookings are offered at a discounted rate, and include linens (blanket, sheets, pillow, towel) in each room. 

We offer 3 room types: 

Standard Rooms – Cozy, simple, fully furnished rooms with personal fan, and all essentials included (desk, chair, bed, wifi, utilities). 

Prime Rooms – Cozy, fully furnished rooms with all essentials included (desk, chair, bed, wifi, utilities), upgraded bathrooms in the suite. 

Premium Rooms – Modern, fully furnished, climate-controlled rooms with personal AC unit, and all essentials included (desk, chair, bed, wifi, utilities). 

 


 

  • Tartu is centrally located in the Annex neighbourhood of downtown Toronto, a block east from Bloor street W and Spadina Ave.
  • Subject to availability, we can accommodate groups from small to large for various lengths of time. 
  • Our building is designed for independent, student living. Members of your group under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a chaperone or team leader who lives in the building and will take responsibility for minors. A liability waiver is required.
  • We have a restaurant on site with meal plan options available (May-July). Residents also have access to an app-operated laundry room, ATM, weekly housekeeping services (in common areas), limited underground car/bike parking (additional charge), and 24/7 Front Desk (emergency only between 11pm-7am).

Group Booking Terms

  • All group bookings require a designated person/organization who takes the ultimate responsibility for the group. All groups must agree to our terms, conditions and cancellation policy when signing a contract. 
  • To go forward with a reservation, a 25% deposit payment is required, along with details about the group members (dates, number of members, age, gender and names).

Cancellation Policy

Your group stay is less than a month: 

    • Cancelling 7 days or more before moving in - 2 nights fee per room
    • Cancelling less than 2 days before moving in - administration fee 50% per room
    • Cancelling after moving in – no refund

Your group stay is more than 1 month: 

      • Cancelling before move-in date - administration fee $400 per room
      • Cancelling after moving in - administration fee $800 per room
